So, how are your New Years Resolutions or your yearly goals going? Have you failed yet? I have.
One area that I’ve failed at already is weight loss. My weight dipped down to 235 lbs on Monday, January 28th, which is down from 271 lbs on Nov. 1, 2013. I knew I was on course to make my goal of losing 12 lbs. in January, which would put me at 233.
